This Privacy Policy applies to attractiveai.io and information submitted directly through the public website. It does not replace the privacy, security, data-processing, or BAA terms that may apply to a signed client engagement.
2. Information the website may receive
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, message, or meeting details. Hosting, security, and scheduling services may also receive routine technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and request logs.
3. How website information is used
Website information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule requested meetings, operate and secure the site, understand site performance, maintain business records, and communicate about an existing or requested business relationship.
4. Service providers and embedded tools
The site may rely on third-party infrastructure or embedded services for hosting, scheduling, communications, and related website functions. Those providers may process information necessary to provide their service under their own terms and the arrangements applicable to Attractive AI.

6. Client data and PHI
Healthcare deployment data is handled separately from ordinary website inquiries. Before a production workflow is enabled, the data flow, vendors, access, retention expectations, and contractual requirements are scoped for that engagement. Where a Business Associate Agreement is required, that agreement — together with the client contract — governs the relevant PHI processing.
